Set up: Clear floor space with a single warm lamp set low and off to one side — a bedside lamp is perfect — and the overheads off for directional light.

Wardrobe: A smooth bodysuit. Turned away in a low crouch, the pose keeps the front out of frame and the back and hip carry the shot.

Camera: Phone on a tripod low, near floor height, portrait. Self-timer or a remote; expose for the lamp-lit side and let the far side fall to shadow.

Pose: Crouch low, turn away, and settle your weight back over your heels so the hip curve reads in profile. Run both hands up into your hair to lift the elbows and open the shoulders, and let your face drop down and away. Face hidden and back to the lens, this is a high-confidence, low-exposure frame — the movement of the hands is what makes it feel alive rather than posed.
