Candlelit Midnight
Set up: A sofa with one open arm to drape the head over; a cluster of tea-lights or candles set just out of frame for warm, single-source light (cheap tea-lights give exactly this glow — no gels or gear). Kill the overheads.
Wardrobe: A satin slip. The reclining drape keeps it comfortably covered while the candlelight does the drama.
Camera: Phone on a tripod at sofa height, landscape (4:3), framed along the body. Self-timer or a remote; expose for the candle-lit side so the rest falls to shadow, and steady the phone — low light means a slower, softer frame.
Pose: Lie back along the sofa, drape your head back over the arm to open the throat, lift one knee, and let the other leg and one arm fall long. Soften the eyes almost shut. This takes a little balance and trust in the pose, so save it for later in the set; the raised knee keeps it from going flat. Low light is forgiving — lean into the shadow.
