Wardrobe: A white flat sheet wrapped and held closed at the chest, hem long to the floor. Held high, it covers the tummy and hips completely.
Camera: Phone on a tripod at chest height, portrait; expose for her face so the backlit sheers bloom soft and bright, not blown-out white.
Pose: Stand tall, hold the wrap at your heart, let the hem pool. Lift the free hand into your hair, turn your face toward the light, and soften the shoulders. The backlight does the glow; you just stay still and calm.
