Chin to Knee

Set up: A soft sheet or rug on the floor near a window with soft side light; keep it low and gentle for a quiet, inward mood.

Wardrobe: High-waisted lace sleep shorts. Drawn up, the folded legs hide them completely — the pose itself keeps everything private.

Camera: Phone on a tripod low, near floor height, portrait, a little to the side. Self-timer or a remote; expose for the side-lit shoulders and back.

Pose: Sit on the sheet, draw your knees up to your chest, wrap both arms around your shins, and tip your chin toward a knee with a lowered gaze. The knees-drawn shape bridges the front and covers you; only your shoulders, arms, and back show. Curled up and face softened away, this is the gentlest entry into the implied tier — protected and calm, perfect for a nervous day.
