Edge-of-Bed, Head Bowed
Set up: Bed edge facing away from the camera, a single warm lamp low to one side; a soft white sheet within reach.
Wardrobe: A soft white sheet gathered and pooled at the hips — it does all the covering; the pose keeps everything but the back out of frame.
Camera: Phone on a tripod behind and slightly above, portrait; expose for the lamp-lit shoulder blades and let the far side fall to shadow.
Pose: Sit tall on the bed edge, back squarely to the lens, sheet settled at the hips. Bow the head, sweep the hair to one side to bare the nape, and let the hands rest in the lap — stillness is the whole mood.
