Sweetheart Sweater
Set up: Bed by a window on a bright day, curtains open for soft even light; keep the sheets white or light so the red sweater pops.
Wardrobe: An oversized red or pink knit sweater, slouchy enough to slip off one shoulder. Bare legs tucked under, or soft socks.
Camera: Phone on a tripod at seated height, portrait. A genuine laugh is nearly impossible to freeze on a single self-timer frame, so use burst mode or a 3–5 second interval and cull afterward — you're catching a real moment, not holding a pose.
Pose: Sit cross-legged, let the sweater slip off one shoulder, hands soft. Then actually make yourself laugh — say something out loud, picture something silly, or fake it until it turns real — and let the burst run. Comfort: this is the easiest, most-covered, lowest-pressure look in the set and a lovely place to warm up before anything bolder. Fuller frame: the off-shoulder slip softens the shoulders and the loose knit skims the middle; keep a hand lifting toward the face to add a light, bright line.
