Hip Push
Set up: A clean bare wall with soft daylight coming in from one side; sheer- softened or overcast keeps the skin gentle while still shaping the curve.
Wardrobe: A fitted one-piece bodysuit. The high-cut leg and the nipped waist do the shaping; described as a bodysuit, it stays comfortably in the partial tier.
Camera: Phone on a tripod at hip height, portrait, far enough back to hold the figure to mid-thigh or knee. Self-timer or a remote; expose for the lit side.
Pose: Step one leg out and take the weight there, push the opposite hip out to carve the waist, and raise one hand behind your head — keep that elbow off your ribs so nothing compresses. Level the chin and hold the lens. If the pose feels big at first, that's the point; start with a soft version and let it grow across a few frames.
