Over the Shoulder

Set up: Stand facing away near the bed or a window, soft daylight coming in from one side; sheer-softened or overcast keeps the skin gentle.

Wardrobe: A fitted bodysuit with a lower back. Turned away, the pose keeps the front out of frame and lets the back line carry the shot.

Camera: Phone on a tripod at mid-back height, portrait. Self-timer or a remote; expose for the lit side of the face so the look-back reads.

Pose: Turn your back to the lens, tip your weight into one hip to draw the S, sweep your hair to the far side, rest a hand at the hip, and turn your face back over the near shoulder with a soft, inviting look. Facing away makes this a high- confidence, low-exposure frame — you decide exactly how much the glance gives back.
