His Shirt, Look Back
Set up: Stand facing away from the camera near the bed or a window, soft daylight coming in from one side; sheer curtains or an overcast sky keep it gentle.
Wardrobe: An oversized button-down — his, or any roomy men's shirt. Turned away, the loose drape conceals the tummy entirely and bares just a shoulder.
Camera: Phone on a tripod at upper-back height, portrait. Self-timer or a remote; expose for the lit side of the face so the look-back reads.
Pose: Stand with your back to the lens, weight on one hip, sweep your hair to the far side, and let one collar slip off a shoulder. Turn only your face back over the near shoulder — chin toward it — with a soft smile. Because you face away, this is a low-exposure, high-confidence frame; you control exactly how much turns back.
