Off-Shoulder Knit
Set up: Stand at a window with soft daylight — overcast is perfect, or draw a sheer curtain to diffuse any direct sun so the light stays gentle on the skin.
Wardrobe: Any oversized, loose-knit sweater roomy enough to slide off one shoulder on its own. The chunky knit softens the shoulder line and covers completely.
Camera: Phone on a tripod at chest height, 2–3 m back, portrait. Self-timer or a remote; tap the window-lit side of your face to set exposure, then ease it down a hair so the highlights stay soft.
Pose: Weight on the back leg, ease the neckline off one shoulder, roll both shoulders down, and tip your chin forward-and-down toward the light with a soft half-smile. Nothing is revealed beyond a shoulder — this is the gentle warm-up frame, so breathe out and let the shutter catch the calm.
