First Coffee, No Rush
Set up: Bed beside a window, duvet stripped back to rumpled white sheets; mid-morning on an overcast day, or sheer curtains closed to soften direct sun.
Wardrobe: Any oversized white button-down — collar open, sleeves rolled loosely. The drape skims past the midsection and conceals the tummy on its own.
Camera: Phone on a tripod at mattress height, 2–3 m back, portrait. Self-timer or a remote; tap the window-lit side of your body to set exposure, then nudge it down so highlights stay soft.
Pose: Sit on the bed edge, weight on one hip, elbows on knees, mug held in both hands. Roll the shoulders down, gaze out the window, and let the shutter fire on the exhale — the calm is the whole shot.
